As Hindu believes the lord Shiva creation, Lake Gosainkunda , is a holy site for the Hindu pilgrims. The large rock at center of the lake is said to be the remains of a Shiva shrine. This 4400m situated lake preserves a colossal scenery of the mountains and various flora and fauna found on the way.
